There are four candleholders situated around the church which will hold candles for special Masses and seasons.  The four candles will be our Advent wreath. The coat room on the way to the Parish Center.  Note that there is a sign on the wall indicating the coat room.  Other signs have been installed for the bathrooms, nursery, library, etc.
Staining of the confessional. There are lighted areas above the main doors into the church.  Windows are being cleaned.
The stone is being installed in the baptismal font.  The stone is also used in the altar and the ambo.  The stone is from Saudi Arabia. The baptismal font will have water pouring from a shell.  The fonts at the entrances will be shell shaped.  The first baptism is scheduled for December 8.
The font is beautiful and you may notice that it is inscribed with Omega-Alpha in three places.  Usually you would expect to see Alpha-Omega, but the pilgrims at Compostela, Spain would expect the Omega-Alpha.  When we come to our baptism, one life ends and another begins, hence Omega-Alpha. This is a view of the retractable door above the HOPE windows in the Library.
