Survived by wife, Kathryn T. Derby; children and spouses, Kate Barr, Frank Derby Jr. (Cheryl), Jim Derby (Diane), Peg Block (Dean), Diane Jirka (Joe),
Theresa Menzies (John), and Lisa Gould; 16 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Mary Ann Miller.
Family will receive friends Monday 4-7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm at the West Center Chapel.
MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL Tuesday 10am, St. James Catholic Church.
Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with Military Rites by Benson VFW Post #2503. Memorials will be directed by the family.
